Lovin February

Earlier this month we had beautiful fog roll through St. George. We took a drive across the Red Hill and had to stop to enjoy the beauty.



For Valentine's this year we were spoiled! Nick surprised me with some amazing jewelry and we surprised the boys with a day trip to Las Vegas. We went to the Shark Reef Aquarium and were entranced by all the marine life. My personal favorites were the jellyfish and manta rays. The boys loved the sharks. After the Aquarium we walked down the strip to the M&M Factory and watched the Bellagio fountains. While we were walking we get the call saying that my little sister was in the hospital getting ready to welcome her baby girl into the family. We drove home and sure enough on February 15th at 4:08am Mina Jane Shelline was born! She weighed 7 lbs 7 oz and was 20 1/2 inches long.

Drew Is 4!

Where has the time gone? Drew is loving preschool and dinosaurs. He is emotional and funny. If you ever need a laugh have him pull a funny face...it's great! We love you Drew even if you do want a PINK cake with Pink sprinkles. When I asked him if he likes pink he gets a disgusted look on his face and tells you NO! Love that kid!

New Year's Eve

For New Year's Eve we ventured over to First Night. It was fun for the kids who indulged on the bounce house and were able to watch Max the Magician. I have to say I was pretty impressed! We watched the fireworks at 10 and then true to my nature we came home and went to bed. Pretty lame I know but I'm up any other night!

2010

I welcome this New Year with open arms. 2009 wasn't the best of years but we were able to do some amazing things!

~ We were able to take a road trip across the country with my parents and sister.
~ I was able to travel to San Francisco
~ Ryan started Kindergarten
~ Drew started Preschool
~ Liv turned 1

This year will come with many more opportunities and changes! Thanks 2009 but bring on 2010!
